Breath of Fire for Stress Reduction

Breath is at the foundation of yoga practices, and for good reason, it works!
Science is proving the remarkable healing qualities of breath (pranayama) and effectiveness of many of the ancient yogic techniques, and with none of the nasty side effects that may accompany pharmaceuticals.
Breath of fire (Agni-Prassana) is a rapid, but light, rhythmic, breathing technique, and is exceptional for simultaneousely energizing the nervous system. and calming, the mind and body. With a few weeks of practice mental clarity and calm replace racing, stress inducing thinking, and when breath of fire is combined with other yogic techniques such as bandhas, it acts as a magnifier, creating even more powerful results. Breath of Fire energizes the entire nervous system, making it particularly important in tantric practices.
Learn it. Love it. Live it!
